New Report Claims Apple Not Even Hitting ‘Break-Even Volume’ in Apple Watch Sales

The Apple Watch first launched in April of this year, but sales numbers have been a big mystery ever since the device was released. This doesn’t mean however, that rumors and analyst’s opinions /guesstimates haven’t been circulating the web. Speaking of analyst’s estimates, Taiwanese company Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. has provided new estimates on what they believe the sales have been. The Taiwanese company may be a little more accurate in terms of sales, as they are the ones who combine all internal parts of the wearable device into a case.

Apple and BMW to Possibly ‘Revisit’ Plans on Partnering for Apple Car at a Later Point

Previously, we reported that Apple and BMW were in talks of partnering up to work on the Cupertino-based company’s mystery project, the Apple Car. It was noted that Apple wanted to use BMW’s electric i3 vehicle as a basis for their Apple Car, however, that didn’t actually turn into a signed deal. Reuters has a new report in which they were able to get some inside information on what happened between the two companies and what the future brings from the two.

Valve Releases New Rare Dota 2 Treasures

Valve has released two new chests full of rare cosmetic items for Dota 2.

Called the Trove Carafe and Lockless Luckvase, each chest includes at least one cosmetic item, with a chance of scoring a “very rare” or “extra rare” item. The extra rare items are gold-colored versions of the normal treasures.

Check out all of the new Immortals below, minus the gold versions.

The chests are $4 USD for a regular version, and $5 for a version digitally autographed by popular Dota 2 personalities. If you don’t like the item you receive, you can choose to destroy it for a chance to receive a new chest.

Kevin Conroy Would ‘Aboslutely’ Do a Justice League Video Game

During an interview with Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy, he expressed interest doing a Justice League game with developer Rocksteady. While Rocksteady has said they won’t be doing anymore Batman games, fans have voiced their desire for the franchise to continue in a Justice League game. We asked Conroy if he was interested in doing a Justice League game with Rocksteady and he responded enthusiastically.

“Oh yeah! Absolutely,” he said. “I would love to do that. It’s really hard to record games and very hard to create them, but the result is so rewarding that it makes it worthwhile at the end.”

Despite Batman: Arkham Knight’s story ending in explosive fashion, Conroy has hopes that the game series will continue.

Samsung Profits Take a Dip in Second Quarter

Quarterly profits for Apple’s rival company Samsung have been reported recently and it seems like the Korean-based company’s profits have dropped 8% compared to the same time in 2014. According to Samsung, the quarter ending in June only resulted a profit of 5.75 trillion Won (approximately $4.9 billion USD) for the Korean-based company. It was noted that the reason to blame could be due to the decline in mobile profits.
